I have consistently had excellent experiences doing business with CarMax, from Houston to Southern California and now in Norman, Oklahoma. The operation here is truly exceptional and hard to beat. I was very pleased with how quickly we completed the transaction. I put my vehicle's information on Carmax.com during the day and received a quote. Less than 16 hours later, the entire process was finished. The very next morning, I had an appointment that took exactly one hour, and the business was concluded. I left with a check and was headed to the bank to make my deposit. It was a fair deal all around, and I was delighted with the no-pressure environment. Corey B. was exceptionally professional and efficient. He kept everything moving smoothly and was entirely focused on what I needed. There was never any pressure; he simply made sure the necessary steps were taken.

Bought my first car at Norman Carmax and I was FLOORED with how easy it was!! Taylor was an absolute superstar and made the process so painless, easy to understand and honestly, fun!!! If you go to Carmax in Norman, DEFINITELY ask for Taylor!!! Though, I'm sure the whole team is great!!!

I have cancer and caught the flu so I was extremely sick! My brother sweetly wanted to buy me a car to get safely to my doctor appointments. My daughter had bought a car through carvana and her car has been trouble free. I went online and studied up on CarMax and they had a ton of vehicles to choose from! Picked one, the car took about 2 weeks to get to Norman which was a lil frustrating since I’m used to buying from a dealer. But it was worth it- we had a sweet young lady named Nicole help us. She was an extremely patient, knowledgeable, and the manager came over and even gave us back our shipping since we had a lil bit of a wait time for the car to arrive! Who does that?? A big thanks to the manager and Nicole! Anyone who was involved in our purchase was helpful and kind. Give everyone 10 days for a full refund- unheard of!!! Then 90 days for warranty-amazing! You won’t find their kind of customer service at a dealership, not to mention the hassling and cut throat salesmen! This was our first time purchasing, and won’t be our last! I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates outstanding customer service!
