After a disappointing experience with another dealership, purchasing our 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid here was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and easy to work with. Even on a rainy day, we were encouraged to take our time and test drive a couple of different vehicles so we could make the right decision. Our finance manager was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to answer our questions and made the entire financing process straightforward and comfortable. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, she happened to be out that day, but the rest of the team continued to provide excellent service. We especially appreciated that the owner personally called my husband—even while on vacation—to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service speaks volumes about how they value their customers. We drove away in a beautiful 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid at a fair price and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The only suggestions I would offer are relatively minor. It would have been nice to receive a full tank of fuel at delivery, and after completing such a significant purchase, a simple handshake and congratulations would have been a nice finishing touch to the experience. Overall, those small details didn't overshadow what was otherwise an excellent buying experience. We would absolutely consider doing business with them again and appreciate the professionalism and integrity they showed throughout the process.

This team has really fine tuned car buying. The selection was great and the their prices are very good.
