Adam was extremely helpful and honest during our car-purchasing journey. We have been burnt by a couple of dealerships in the past, and working with Adam has renewed our faith in car dealerships. He is knowledgeable about vehicles and researches to find exactly what you want in a car. I have no doubt that he would make it right if there was ever an issue. We will never buy a car from anyone else!

This year we rented a Ford Transit van for another trip! It performed flawlessly and was comfortable to drive, lots of room and handled great! The service was really worthy of 5 stars. We picked up the van right at closing. The receptionist was kind and obliging! Later, we found a small task that we needed help with. We expected to get a late start the next day because it was long after closing time. But to our delight one of the owners actually came in after hours to help us out and to make sure everything was perfect for us to be ready to leave on time the next morning! This is a perfect example of a small town businessman caring for his customers! We would never have had such great service from the big rental agencies! Thank you Cambridge Used Cars for helping our trip start off so wonderfully!

If you are in the market for a different car, or a first car, Cambridge Used Cars is a great option. Masin and Christian both helped me get into a low mile, affordable vehicle. I felt welcomed and enjoyed my experience. Everything was explained in great detail and I left knowing everything about my payments and loan. Made it super easy buying my first car and I will definitely be returning in the future when I get another car. If you stop by, ask for Masin or Christian. You will not be disappointed. They are simply amazing!

Long story short, salesman Ed told me the car did not need a new turbo, despite the previous owner stating that it did. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on for—you guessed it—the turbo. To be fair, Cambridge Used Cars did pay for the turbo replacement. However, that's where things went downhill. They sent me to Dave's Auto Repair in Byesville for the work. While my car was there, it was hit by a truck. Mistakes happen, and they did replace the damaged bumper, so I was willing to move forward. Unfortunately, the turbo was installed incorrectly, causing a significant oil leak. I repeatedly informed Dave about the issue, but he insisted there was no leak. I eventually took the car to a qualified mechanic, who discovered not only that the turbo had been installed improperly, but also that my front shutter grille had been cracked during the incident when my car was hit. When I confronted Dave about these problems so they could be corrected, he stopped responding to me entirely. I then contacted Christian, the owner of Cambridge Used Cars, on two separate occasions and was repeatedly told, "I'll get back to you." He never did. I eventually contacted the State of Ohio and learned that Dave's Auto Repair was not listed as an official DMV-registered repair business and did not have a public phone number. That raised serious concerns for me about the legitimacy and accountability of the shop. After months of getting nowhere, I filed a small claims case. The court ruled in my favor in less than five minutes, and I was finally awarded the money needed to repair the damaged front shutter grille properly. So what does this say about Cambridge Used Cars? In my experience, they were willing to sell a vehicle while misrepresenting its condition and then send customers to an unqualified repair shop that failed to perform proper work and refused to take responsibility when problems arose. After 13 months of dealing with this situation, I'm relieved it's finally over and that I can have the car repaired correctly.
