Urban Auto Sales

Nice small car lot and he works with you

Bought a truck from here. Shortyly after the transmission goes out and the mechanic tells me the drive shaft in the truck is incorrect and that's what made the seal go that ultimately ruined the transmission. To fix costs more than the truck is worth. The topper is when I try to call the dealership the number is disconnected.

Just bought a truck from him for 3k cash i knw used cars are as is but he told me the truck had a hesitation like a vacum leak otherwise it ran good so i figured a tune up and oul change. The truck ran good for about 5 days then out of nowhere i lost power and all these codes popped up cam shaft sensors and oil pressure and now there is a knock in the engine. Like i said i knw buting used is as is but coming from a dealer you would think it would last longer than a week. Just know that dealing with this dealer is 50/50 i guess make sure u do research carfax and everything you can if you purchase from this dealer and maybe even try to get some kind of warranty at least a 30day one just to make sure if something happens in the first week you have a good chance of getting it fixed. Buy at own risk!!!!!

Do not recommend. Purchased a $5500 car and less than 3 weeks later the radiator/head gasket blew and repairs are over $3600. Phoned Urban Auto to ask the owner for help in paying for the repairs and he refused. Auto repair shop says the radiator has been bad for a long time, but Urban Auto won’t stand by their word to sell good cars. Very disappointed in this small business.

Read all their reviews before purchasing.. they just got us for 3000 for a truck and less then 6 months ago got a lady for 5000… the truck we purchased stopped running before we ever received the title in the mail, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
