I had been looking for a car for MANY months. After searching on my own and visiting private sellers, I went to Ricart Express Newark in hopes of finally finding something within my budget that wasn't a piece of crap. Unfortunately, Dante wasn't able to help at this time. He knew what I was looking for and promised he would continue to search for the right vehicle for me. I then visited a much larger dealership (you know who you are!), found a car within my budget, made the deal (cash), waited for several hours to sign the documents, only to be told they wouldn't be able to honor their end of the agreement (long story). Deeply saddened and giving up hope, I left in tears, feeling betrayed. Then, Dante, Ricart Ford Newark, contacted me. He found my car, well within my budget, low mileage, no hidden fees or issues! I couldn't believe it. We immediately went to his lot, checked out the car, drove it and the rest is history. I signed the paperwork and was out of his office less than 2 hours.
