Jim took great care of me. This is my third Kia I have purchased from him. Great customer service! My car was ready for delivery when I arrived and the process went well.

My wife, Lynnie and I went to Caughlin Kia of Pataskala looking for a new car. We had an amazing salesman named Joe Ford. Not only was he polite, but he very patient as we looked at many SUVs, trying to find the perfect fit. Shortly before closing time, we found a Sorento that we had to have. Joe came to work the following day (on his day off) to complete the sale. Josh (trade in manager)approved fair trade numbers on two cars we traded in, that I don't believe other car lots would have offered. Joe Millat( finance manager) was a huge help with financial and warranty questions. Also a great guy! Robin Thomas coordinated everything, and when the sale was finished and we were ready to leave, she prayed with us over our new vehicle. If you are wondering why it takes so many people to sale one car, it doesn't. They are just a great group of people who care about their customers. Fantastic experience thus far with purchasing a car and initial service. I would specifically like to commend Jeff for his professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional attention to detail. Despite my arriving late for my first service appointment, Jeff greeted me immediately with a warm and welcoming demeanor. I mentioned in passing that it was my first time at the facility, and he thoughtfully took the time to guide me to the waiting area. He clearly explained the service process, provided an accurate timeframe, and detailed the available amenities. Additionally, he thoroughly reviewed my contact information, identifying and correcting an error in my email address. What truly set this experience apart was Jeff's proactive approach. Not only did he ensure clear communication—such as explaining a brief delay to consult with a manager—but he also went above and beyond by identifying and correcting a missing benefit from our original vehicle purchase. His awareness and initiative in resolving this issue was highly impressive. Finally, Jeff's consideration extended to the end of my visit, as he thoughtfully guided me away from ongoing construction work as I departed. These small but significant gestures did not go unnoticed and reflect a standard of customer care that is truly commendable.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima that had low mileage and in great condition. We were in and out of there in a very timely manner..!! Great customer service..!! Id go back and purchase from him any time..!!

I purchased my Kia brand new in April after selling my Honda Pilot. I was excited about what I thought would be an upgrade and looked forward to saving money on gas with a Telluride Hybrid. Unfortunately, my experience with Kia has been extremely disappointing. On May 30th, my vehicle was sitting in my driveway when the rear window suddenly shattered and began bulging outward from the inside. Whether it was caused by heat, pressure, or a manufacturing defect, I have no idea. What I do know is that I was leaving for a cruise that same day and needed immediate assistance. My salesperson instructed me to call roadside assistance, and the vehicle was promptly towed to Pataskala Kia. The dealership initially communicated well and assured me they would keep me updated. However, that quickly changed. After returning from my cruise, I was told to contact Kia Corporate. One representative informed me that a claim had already been opened and that I would hear something by June 5th. When I called back on June 5th after hearing nothing, another representative informed me that no claim existed and that I needed to start one myself. At that point, my vehicle had already been sitting at the dealership for nearly a week. Because Kia could not tell me whether they would cover the damage, I was forced to pay for a rental car out of pocket. Days continued to pass with little to no communication from either Kia Corporate or the dealership. When I finally went to the dealership in person, I was told Kia would likely not cover the repair and that a replacement window would not even arrive until June 11th, with installation scheduled for June 15th. After more than two weeks without my vehicle, I ultimately paid for the repair myself and finally got my car back on June 15th. The most frustrating part is not that Kia chose not to cover the window. It's that nobody seemed able to provide a clear answer, communicate effectively, or take ownership of the situation. My car sat for over two weeks while I repeatedly chased down information myself. The rear window breaking was unfortunate. The lack of communication, organization, and customer service was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will likely never purchase another Kia. If you're considering a new vehicle, I'd strongly encourage you to look at Honda or Toyota instead.
