Reached out to this establishment about a car, got everything together and even contacted insurance company. Business set up a set date in which I had to make arrangements with my work to get off early. Business proceeded to ghost me on that day in which it was very crucial for me to get transportation. Messaged me back 3 DAYS AFTER we were supposed to meet. Says they forgot. Then proceeds to ghost me AGAIN! Very unprofessional and would absolutely not recommend. Screenshots will be provided as well. Would give negative stars if I could. DO BETTER!
My review is poor because of how bad terry carter his salesperson talked to me like I was bothering them. Someone that wants a car and was just asking questions and terry seems to be rude. I would like to have had someone that was peaceful and calm when dealing with this progress. I think this place would run a lot smoother with terry not working here. I know it is a buy here pay here, but was genuinely asking questions to learn more about the car and terry said and I quote “stop bothering and annoying if you aren’t going to buy the car!” There is self tappers in the bumper with no car fax reported. Not trustworthy!!! Stay away
