After two months of searching for a vehicle and being turned down by multiple car lots due to bankruptcy, bad credit, and the fact that I am self-employed, Tri-County Auto in Reynoldsburg was finally able to get me approved. That alone meant a lot to me. Bobby talked me through the entire process and Steve also helped answer my question and made sure I had everything I needed. They both made sure I understood the whole process from start to finish. The staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and willing to work with my situation instead of brushing me off. This was very refreshing after so many prior denials. They were also willing to work with me on the down payment and allowed me to do split payments, which really helped ease the financial pressure and made the deal possible for me. Once I found a vehicle, everything moved smoothly and without pressure. I really appreciated how straightforward they were and how they kept me informed at every step. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. After a long and frustrating search, they helped me get into a vehicle when others couldn’t, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Don’t ever buy a vehicle from here! They act like they care but genuinely don’t. My husband bought a vehicle and 2 days after the issues started, from AC not working to the transmission was acting funny and then of course he drove it and twice it would never start after being shut off. We called their roadside assistance the first night and we got the alert that someone was coming to help. We are still waiting for that person btw. We had to push the vehicle in the night out of the way since it broke down at a gas station pump and leave it overnight. The next day it shut off again. My husband had called before that and they told him take it back. So in this particular day when we were super frustrated he asked the tow guy to take it there. The owner told him he could not take it back and it was only 15 days of purchase. They said their garage will fix it and now it’s sitting there for 4 weeks due to them saying that Dodge does not have the part because it’s on back order. On top of that, their warranty is pointless. They want to pay for nothing. The bank that financed my husband too is a mess because when my husband called a guy told him that he has 30 days to return the defective vehicle and it’s not past that time so if they give him a hard time when he goes back then call him. When we went there the following day another banker answered and she made it her point of duty to tell us we cannot return it and we buy used vehicles as is. I asked if the agent he spoke with prior was new or unaware of their policies since no one is on the same page. Everyone has different information. It’s okay. We are strong believers in God. It will be okay but never again! They can consider themselves fortunate that they got us but that’s it! We will stay far from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
