Ali was so friendly and helpful! He helped me get my first car loan! He also works with your budget and you can tell he truly cares about the customers! All the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! I can’t thank Ali enough for helping me get a loan on a nice car! I recommend anyone to check out this dealership when you’re car shopping the cars are clean and reasonably priced! Update: after having the car a month I looked down and noticed I got sold a car with 8 missing lug nuts 2 on each tire was missing! and I was driving it like that for a month. He was helpful and when I contacted Ali and put lug nuts on the car but I’m not understanding how it even got past safety check. Also I had the same problem everyone talks about in the reviews with my title it wasn’t coming before my paper tag expired I had to actually go to the county clerk title office and pay $6 to get my title so I could get my hard plates before my paper tag expired it never got sent in the mail.

My fiance and I got a 06 dodge ram mega cab from here back in the end of February. Immediately we had to put work into it. I understand it’s a “buy here pay here” and everything is sold “as is” but when you put $2500 down ($2700 with tax I believe) you expect to have a working vehicle. After about another $6000 of work put into it we decided that it was just a money pit and didn’t want to deal with it anymore. Thankfully they let my fiance bring it back, no harm no foul. They told us that if we needed another vehicle at any point to come back in and they’d work with us. Well that time came and we went back in needed another vehicle. Unfortunately we can’t get approved for financing due to bad credit. Tried the buy here pay here option and couldn’t do that either due to the high down payments. They seem like genuine people wanting to right their wrongs, but there shouldn’t have even been wrongs to begin with.
