Bought my 3rd car from Ricart today, and once again they went above and beyond! Gunner and the sales team, along with Benson and the finance staff were amazing. I’ve heard so many horror stories about Ricart, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. Found a low mileage Hyundai veloster N for a fair price. The car was cleaned, they filled the tank, gave me a 3 year 36000 mile warranty, etc. There sales supervisors can be a bit aggressive to close deals, but that is typical with most car dealers. Especially here due to the size of the automall. Im very happy with my car!

I just wanted to publicly share my stellar experience at this dealership! I had been browsing for weeks and been to a handful of other dealers and felt defeated and found no luck. As soon as I chose Ricart, Tyler and Josuel were great at communicating, and helping me narrow down my search to my wants, needs, and budget. They were so patient and enthusiastic and I'm not overly warm or impressed in these situations. The whole experience felt like I was cared for and not just trying to make a sale. They pulled up several cars for me to see and kept it realistic and to the point. I highly recommend buying a car here, I promise almost any financial situation you're in that's not ideal, they will make something work for you! And the guy who did my paperwork at the end was very kind and easy to talk to as well,I forgot to get his name, but he got me fantastic financing.
