Rodney McGee was the person I spoke with I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. The entire team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The buying process was smooth and stress-free, with no pressure or surprises. I appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The vehicle was exactly as described, and Im leaving feeling confident that I received a fair deal.

Warning – Please Read Before Buying From National Auto Sales 831 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA 30062 This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my personal experience. On October 21, 2025, I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic. I believed we agreed on a total price of $11,000. I made a $4,000 down payment and agreed to make $500 monthly payments. The car had bumper damage and the air conditioning did not work when I bought it. I was promised those issues would be repaired the following week, but the repairs were never completed. A few months later, I discovered the transmission had an oil leak. I also found out I was being charged $13,800 instead of the $11,000 I believed we had agreed to. I do not recall signing paperwork agreeing to a price of $13,800. I continued making my monthly payments, yet my car was repossessed multiple times. I paid approximately $1,500 the first time and $1,260 the second time to recover it. On July 1, 2026, my car was repossessed again while it was parked at my home. After calculating everything I had paid, I believed I only had about $3,000 remaining. I offered to pay the remaining balance to get my car back and receive the title, but I was told I should have been paying $1,000 per month instead and was asked to pay even more. My advice: Please read every document carefully, verify the total purchase price and financing terms in writing, and have any used vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before buying. Based on my experience, I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Save yourself the stress and go someplace else. My partner last month got a black Mercedes from this location. Now it's been 2 weeks that that vehicle has been in the possession of National Auto Sales for repairs 🤬 The car was dropped off July 1st due to issues with the brakes and the air conditioning. They don't call with updates, which is the most frustrating part about getting a repair done or waiting on something. When we call there, we're always told to call back because they're unavailable and overall they seem annoyed by my partner wanting answers about the vehicle. He's missing work over this! It's pissing me off to see him go through this. This is just a friendly warning to do business elsewhere. As customers who are coming to spend our hard earned money with an establishment, don't act like you're doing us a favor. It's your job. To pay over $800 for parts to repair a car that my partner has had for less than a month to drive, then for the business to tell us they don't know where the parts are is absolutely unacceptable!

This is the worst dealer I’ve worked with thus far. I called this dealership directly and the reception answered me after Trevor refused to respond to me. He sounded like he was sick of life and wouldn’t answer my questions clearly, 0 effort trying to make the customer comfortable or keep them. I then sent in my information and they said they would contact me the same day, several messages and inquiries later they kept reassuring me that they would be in touch that day even persisting that they would call me after hours when they closed. It felt like I was talking to an AI robot. Told them I was no longer interested and they didn’t even bother answering me back. One shady dealership and after reading the rest of these reviews I urge ANYONE LOOKING TO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE TO NOT. If they are making NO EFFORT to sell you a car properly imagine when you HAVE AN ISSUE. Dodged a bullet!!!

BEWARE IF YOU FIND A CAR ON CARGURUS FROM THIS PLACE. It may look like an amazing deal but what they don’t tell you is it’s just a down payment. I was going to drive an hour and a half each way because it looked like an amazing deal I could not pass up. That was until I figured out to ask if that was the full price. It was just a down payment and I can’t seem to find the actual price. Shady company. I do not recommend doing business with them. This is why people don’t trust car salesmen.
