Found myself in distress when my Volkswagen sunroof wouldn’t close all the way right before some rain, these guys here made us feel at home and were able to close it as soon as they sat in the damn car, couldn’t thank them enough! Would recommend!

usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience to help others avoid the same mistake. I visited J&F hoping for a straightforward process and decent customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. The staff was unprofessional and disorganized.. basic questions were met with vague or dismissive answers. Customer service was almost nonexistent. I was either ignored or rushed through. The cars were in poor condition for the prices being asked. I noticed mechanical issues and cosmetic damage they tried to downplay. Communication was slow, and they didn’t seem to value their customers at all.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to speak out after what I’ve witnessed and experienced. J&F Dealership has repeatedly taken advantage of the Somali community and other non-English speaking customers. These are hardworking people—many of them new to this country—who are trusting and have no reason to believe a car dealership would blatantly lie to them. Sadly, that’s exactly what’s happening here. They commonly tell customers to take the car and come back later to have problems fixed, but once the paperwork is signed, they avoid calls, delay responses, put the “bought as is” signed paperwork in their face and ignore people altogether. One mother I know personally—who works over 70 hours a week in a warehouse—was sold a vehicle under the promise that issues would be repaired for her teenager. When she returned, they dismissed her and refused to take accountability. It’s especially troubling that they falsely claim vehicles were never in accidents. Later, buyers find out the cars were previously totaled or had major damage. The documentation is clearly manipulated or falsified. They usually buy totaled cars that were rebooted and unclaimed, fix them and resell. This isn’t an isolated situation either. I’ve read multiple reviews with nearly identical complaints, and instead of owning up or improving their practices, J&F replies with generic excuses and deflection. This isn’t just bad business—it’s exploitation. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and based on the consistent pattern of dishonesty and manipulation, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down in the near future. People deserve better, especially vulnerable community members just trying to get to work and take care of their families. DO BETTER! If you're considering buying a car here, I strongly urge you to think twice. Ask for everything in writing, get an independent inspection, and don’t assume good intentions just because they smile in your face. So many people who thought they had personal relationships with these people have been betrayed. If you are scammed report the business to consumer protection agencies, such as your local attorney general, the Better Business Bureau, or the Federal Trade Commission—these complaints can often be filed confidentially.

They are highly unprofessional and just advantage pple new to the country and no access to the many places it’s not best option avoid this place if you can they don’t understand customer values!!

So these dealers repossessed my mother's car, and my belongings were in there, including important documents like my Social Security card. I've been trying to retrieve my belongings, but they keep giving me the runaround and haven't returned them. It's been 3 weeks, and they keep saying the car isn't there. They are thieves. At this point they want to play games . I'm about to contact my lawyer for legal action, and I've already reported my Social Security card as stolen. Do not buy a car from here; they are unprofessional.
