Chris was very professional and friendly while my boyfriend was trading in his Nissan for a 2019 Honda Civic both of our visits. He was very clear and understanding with any questions we had and made the process very easy, as this was his first experience buying his own car. He was also detailed in explaining the trade in offer. We both highly recommend this place, they have a range of cars and price ranges.

It's very ODD that I have to beg a dealership to possibly do business with me. By original email inquiry and later by phone, I informed them that I have cash and am very interested in their 2020 Express Van but would like a walk around video sent to me before I make the 4 hour round trip. I want to be sure of the vehicle before I commit to the time to fully inspect it. This is due to my current hectic schedule working 6-1/2 days a week trying to launch a business (which this vehicle would be for) while working full time. I told them 3 times that I do not want to FaceTime as I want to be able to throughly review the video before making the next step and that also.... I dont have an iPhone. They also keep getting me confused for wanting a 2018 Sienna Van. Very frustrating. Im a SERIOUS buyer. Why wont' you work with me?! Between two days with some text messages and phone calls... nothing.

I wouldn’t believe what people say on their reviews. I bought a car from them and there are so many problems with it. Looks good on the outside but major problems. This car has a whole bunch of electrical issues. You turn off the car, headlights don’t turn off, or you are driving and the radio and dashboard goes black. You turn on the car and the engine fan comes on and when you turn off the car after a while the fan is still running. Not sure where these people are getting their cars from. Every week it’s something. I originally had a different car from them and that one was just as worse. I wanted my money back, but they would not give me back my money. So I switched cars. Test dove two other cars and one of them seemed to have an issue and the one I chose was a bit better . Guess that was not as it seemed. Took my car to get a diagnostic test for all the issues and they told me they never seen so many warnings codes on one vehicle. If you need a car please do not go by there, pass them by and go to good dealership. It’s worth it. They won’t try to screw you. I was not going to leave a review for this car lot but, with all the issues this car has and with the expense that it’s going to cost to get it fixed I had to. Don’t want other people getting screwed. My repair is going to cost me in the thousands. Major issues.
