Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Lamar was extremely helpful. They listened to any concerns we had about the vehicle and was sure to get everything done. Good communication and called with every update. Tried asking for 2 bills, one without the down payment and one with it. Was hesitant on printing bill with down payment so it was a little difficult with the loan but he was able to get it through to me with the down payment on the bill.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. A salesperson named Lamar contacted me this morning regarding a vehicle I was interested in. When I politely explained that I had decided to purchase from another dealership, he abruptly hung up on me. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. A skilled salesperson would have listened, asked about the competing offer, and determined whether the dealership could match or beat it. Instead, Lamar showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer-service skills. Management should take this complaint seriously and address his conduct accordingly.
