Went everywhere but everyone denied my credit and plus they wanted a lot of money for down payment. Then I came to North Coast auto direct and in less than two hours I was approved and they accepted the amount I came in with and now I'm back on the road. In something nice too! Great salesman ask for Mike. He's definitely going to work it out for anyone.

Honestly, I was so nervous on getting a vehicle because lenders make it hard when it comes to picking a vehicle but honestly it’s worth it because I was approved for this town and country for my family and I am HONESTLY HAPPY. This place will work till they can’t work no more to get you in the vehicle you want. Definitely will be continue to business with them long term ❤️❤️❤️❤️

On 3/30/26 i went to North Coast Auto Direct in Parma Ohio to look at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Before test driving the vehicle the salesman/finance manager Eddie decided it would be best to apply for credit before my test drive to ensure i would be approved before possibly liking the Jeep. I gave him my information to run my credit and got an approval from One Main Financial. I then took the Jeep for a test drive and thought it was okay. I told them to see how much i would need down and went home. I came back on 4/1/26 and did another test drive and noticed the Jeep was overheating and the heat was blowing cool. Took it back to the dealer and they said they just changed the water pump and it was an air bubble and it just needed coolant. They poured coolant in and i went on another test drive. The heat was working and the engine didn’t overheat. I took it back to the dealer and we signed loan documents to at least do the loan while i wait for my current vehicle sale to go through in order to pay the down payment of $2,000. I signed documents but after much thought and a health diagnosis i decided not to move forward. I went back on 4/2/26 to ask the dealership the unwind the deal since the bank One Main sent the funds to the dealer. The owner refused. The manager Michael handed me the keys to the jeep after much discussion from my end to pled my way out given i didn’t give a down payment or take delivery of the Jeep. He gave me the keys and i took the Jeep across the street to the gas station and when i tried to restart it it wouldn’t come on and check engine light came on. Michael came over and called a tow company to tow it back to the dealer. I pleaded again to please unwind the deal. The Jeep is officially not drivable and i refused delivery. The dealer has the Jeep and i left. At this time of writing this there has been no resolution and One Main the bank, knows what’s going on and also refused to help. They said i am stuck. Please i beg do not buy from here. Please listen to your dad, mom grandma or grandpa when they say stay away from small auction bought cars dealerships.

I experienced problems the first day with my vehicle within 30 days. I have to replace the fuel pump. Myself with my money if the car had been throughly checked before Placing on, then, I wouldn’t have to be stuck with a lemon
