2017 Honda Odyssey - I was looking for a reasonable used Honda Odyssey for my Mom and worked with Tony to get the best bottom line sale price. He installed a new battery since it had warranty left and resolved a low tire pressure issue. I paid cash, was in and out in 30 minutes, and my brother drove it to her house. The sales and service staff are friendly and courteous.

So my daughter took me to buy a vehicle today and it was more than I expected. First thing first the staff was more than amazing at making us feel very comfortable and super friendly. I've never been more calm in buying a car before because it's so overwhelming but not at Norman's! I just want to thank you all for your lovely service and I absolutely recommend 100%. Make sure if you're looking for a new car that you shop with these guys. You won't be disappointed.

We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus for my niece from AJ today while we were waiting for the brakes to get done on my SUV. She absolutely loves her new Focus and we also got her a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty where any warranty work can be done at the Norman’s which is very convenient. She’s been denied financing at least 3 times in the last year but James the finance manager was able to get her financed. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the crew at Norman’s. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a new car or looking for a good mechanic to work on their cars! Love me some Norman’s!
