Hello all, My wife and I have had a great experience with Next Step Auto (Matt Sadler) was our salesman. He was very professional while also not being pushy to sell. He allowed us to walk the lot, test drive vehicles and we chose a vehicle that we didn't even expect to purchase. Overall, very professional and exceptional service! Thank you Matt Sadler and Mike Healy.
Had an outstanding experience at Next Step Auto Sales. We were a little concerned about this place because of the questionable reputation of Kirtland Auto Body who used to own the location. This is a completely different outfit. They are courteous and professional and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle that we purchased there. The car was in pristine condition, good pricing, no pressure. Probably the best car buying experience we've ever had.
This place is not your average used car dealer. We had purchased a car from them about a year ago. I wanted to wait and see how things went before I posted a review. Up front the price was fair and they were very nice and knowledgeable. About 6 months in we had some lights pop up and they resolved the issues immediately. They have an awesome service department we ended up using for our other cars that is fair and more reasonable than our regular mechanic. Recently the car we purchased with them was totaled by the insurance company and they help provide all the paperwork we needed for the claim. We will continue to purchase from them because we trust them. They are a true class act and we feel fortunate to have found Next Step. I am not a family member, employee, or friend with anyone in this company. Just a regular customer who likes a reliable car.
Had a great experience with this team. They weren’t high pressure, but were attentive. Did a great job explaining the warranty and all the papers I was signing. The car was spotless, kudos to their detailer. Process was easy peasy. Next Step has beautiful cars to choose from, fair pricing too. Highly recommend.
After weeks of looking and researching cars we found our car here. We live an hour and 45 min away and it was worth the drive, we couldn't be happier. They were professional, friendly, up front, and patient with my husband lol. Everything was smooth and easy and we would highly recommend them to others.
