Brooklyn Morris is absolutely amazing, and they are incredibly lucky to have her as an employee! I found a truck online that I completely fell in love with and called the dealership, where Brooklyn answered and helped guide me through the entire process. And let me tell you—I am picky. She was nothing but patient, sent me every picture I asked for, and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. Because of her hard work and dedication, I flew across the country and drove my 2018 Ram 3500 home. To top it all off, she even followed up afterward to make sure I arrived home safely. I’ve truly had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier

One year I walked in there with no hope and Danny was the guy! I managed to walk out with a beautiful 2017 journey I was obsessed with. He was able too get me in what I needed. Then yesterday I called Danny up and told him I want something different and within 4 hours we had found me something I was in love with in a suv and had it that evening. My experience there was amazing he was able to work with me around my work hours and manage to get it all taken care of now I’m riding around in a 2022 jeep Compass. Totally grateful. This place was very cold vibe there. I went to the desk and I did have a problem with my car like coming on. They wanted to charge me $167 just to analyze what was going on and went down the street to another mechanic and they just told me that it was my gas cap so I tightened the gas cap. They kept it moving.

I really wanted to give this dealership 5 stars. It was great at the beginning. Communication was good. My sales associate, Alex, was friendly and helpful. I bought my car from 90 miles away, and they delivered it from Ohio to Pennsylvania. The 2 guys that delivered it were great. After the delivery is where the trouble begins. The check, written out by Herrnstein of Waverly, to pay the Pennsylvania taxes on the car was not made out to The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation but to a County clerk in Kentucky. It's not a big deal, but it was a hassle. There was also a dent on the passenger side of the car, of which no one showed me a picture, and that may have changed my mind from buying the car. Then I took the car out for a drive and found out that the tailgate rattles incessantly, even driving on a smooth roads and the drivers side rear window does not go down. This car is a 2021 Kia Stinger that I paid over $28k for, not some cheap beater I got to haul junk around in. I feel like these issues should be remedied by Herrnstein of Waverly, but when I called to ask for help, they told me that Kia has a warranty and I should take it to my local Kia dealership. The warranty covers none of these issues. I tried to get help from Herrnstein again and got zero response. I feel really let down. I really liked my experience with Herrnstein at the beginning, but I feel really taken advantage of now. I gave 2 stars because the guys that delivered the car were great, otherwise I would leave only 1 star. Very sad because the experience started out great.
