10/10 wonderful dealership to work with. My husband and I traveled roughly 3 hours to visit their dealership and we were not disappointed. Lane, our salesman was patient and accommodating. They're GM Steve was straight forward and worked well with our situation. Staff was very pleasant as well. Highly recommend them for any auto purchase needs.

Bought my Jeep on May 9, and only was able to drive it for a month before it started having issues. We drove to Tennessee on June 7, but on our way back on June 12, we broke down due to the radiator fan going out, we were also leaking fluids, so we had to replace the fan and four different fuses that were broken, plus fluids. $1,000 to get it fixed just enough to get us back on the road. (Mind you we had 7 kids and our dog with us. 😒 Thank God we had my other vehicle to drive to get parts and to cool us down in 90° weather) I’ve now had the Jeep in the shop longer than I was able to drive it. It’s going to cost almost $10,000 and no idea when we will be getting it back. The shop said wires under the dash were cut, so has to be rewired, emergency brake doesn’t work, rear brake calipers were damaged, we have to replace the whole back brake assembly rotors, pads, emergency pads, and calipers, radiator fan needs replaced, it’s leaking oil, and has a rusted and blown power steering line. The extended warranty we bought didn’t even cover most of this. $1,000 on the side of the road repairs $10,000 in repairs in shop $120 for towing it to the shop $215 warranty deductible For repairs alone, I’m just a little under half of what I paid for the entire vehicle. 😓 Would have gave 1 start, but I gave two stars only because Jayr was easy to work with, the whole team was friendly and the whole process was pretty smooth. *also, I have 6 hard inquiries on my credit report because of Chillicothe Truck and Accessories.
