Jesse & Steve are AWESOME! Got us in and out. We're super helpful and got my husband into the jeep That he was looking for. The quality of the service was excellent and how fast everything went in a timely manner and how helpful they were And the vehicle that we purchased is in excellent condition So now my husband's happy in his new Jeep. What can I say other than wow.. love love love my new Subaru!! Jesse is so easy to work with and Steve got me in my new ride with my credit being not so great 😩 These guys are magic, don’t sleep on giving them a chance. No one else could help me but they DID!!! ✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼
I have been in Ohio a total of four years and this is by far the best dealership that I have ever been to. I got an awesome car and I love it and I want to give a shout out to the guy who sold it to me Jesse Bauer. He had excellent customer service and helped me with everything I needed. I will definitely be returning.
I would first like to start off by saying Steve did a great job. He sold my daughter a car and it was what he said it was and then I started working a deal with him on an SUV and we agreed upon a down payment and all of a sudden he was gone, and some guy was in there named Josh Who decided to up my down payment by $2000 and then told me in order to get the loan, I had to have a warranty and had to have gap insurance. I thought that was a little bit odd and it up my payment by $60 a month so after signing the paperwork, I ended up calling the bank who funded my loan and they told me that that was not true. I did not need those things to get the loan so this Josh guy is very deceitful and it seems that he has moved to the other dealership that the guy owns since the dealership I bought from has been shut down so just keep an eye out and do not trust in what this Josh guy is telling you I think he’s doing it just to get his bump. I guess they call it for sales of the extra products. Super sad that Steve had left and got stuck with this Josh guy who tried to rob me for extra money.
