I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Richardson Auto LLC and it turned out to be a complete lemon. Just days after the sale, serious mechanical issues surfaced—issues that clearly didn’t happen overnight. After taking it to a trusted mechanic, I learned the vehicle essentially needed a new engine. Even more concerning, it seems the vehicle had been deliberately modified to pass a test drive—a shady and dishonest practice. I trusted this dealership to sell me a safe, reliable car, but instead, I ended up with an expensive mistake. Communication after the sale was dismissive and unhelpful. If you’re considering buying from here, think twice and take any vehicle to an independent mechanic first—preferably before signing anything. This kind of behavior from a dealership is unacceptable and unethical. I regret doing business here. If I could leave less than one star I would.
