My fiancé was able to get a great grade in value on his vehicle and found the car he has been wanting for some time at a great price. Jesse was able to find the exact vehicle he has been interested in, and got the ball rolling for us to bring everything from our bank in the next day and have all the paper worked signed and ready to go. This is our second vehicle we have bought from prestige and would buy again in the future. Classy, clean, luxury vehicles. Car fax was included. 6 month/6k warranty. Very excited about our new vehicle and not one complaint about prestige or our salesman Jesse. Great customer service.

Jemar was my main point of contact. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I was looking for an upgrade in size and reliability to meet my families needs. More specifically with a lot of trunk space since I need to store a wheelchair there soon and he was able to find me an SUV with amazing storage space. He made my experience purchasing this vehicle worry and stress free and I was in and out Driving off the lot in less than 48 hours!!! Jemar also worked closely with Bill and he was also amazing in helping me obtain all my financial documents in order and helping to ensure my approval. Updating my review: Admittedly I was frustrated at first after learning that the car shakes, but I wanted to post a more balanced review. My overall experience with this dealer was good. For the most part, Bryan was patient with me, very responsive, and really made an effort to get me a good deal. The 1st car I looked at was in bad shape. Since I purchased out of state, I couldn’t look at the car or test drive. So, when Bryan found the cat in the lot, he told me the car was in bad shape, and that the car didn’t run well considering the make and model. He managed to get me a car with less mileage, in better condition, for the same monthly payment as the previous one. And after talking to some car ppl, they let me know that I wasn’t going to get a better deal than the one I had. So, even though I have a warning light on in my car, and even though I wish I was told about it prior to, I’m grateful for the overall experience. It was my first time buying a car, and I allowed my anxiety to get the best of me. Goes to show that we shouldn’t make impulsive reviews, nor allow the reviews of others to influence your own experience. So, to Bryan Krzak, I apologize for the initial review I left. You did a great job. Thank you for all your help, your patience, and thank you for driving the car 98 miles to my house. Update: I finally figured out why the car was so cheap. There is a seal or something missing from somewhere. After a few days of constant rain, the cabin flooded with water. I have never seen this happen in a car. I took it to my local car wash to use the vacuums to clean it out. Realized that water had collected under the floor of the cabin. I’m so glad I don’t have automatic seats. This could have really been an expensive issue if the car was not manual. So now I have to take it in, have someone remove the cowl and everything, find the missing or messed up seal and replace it. Word to the wise, be sure to ask questions about seals and drainage holes and anything that may create a bad leak. I had a mechanic look at the car by checking the oil and hooking it up to an OBD machine (the readings were good), but this issue was not detectable upon reasonable inspection. So since the Prestige mechanics do work on the cars, at least my paperwork showed replacement of certain valves and all that jazz, make sure you add seals/rubber gaskets to your list or questions. You do NOT want this problem.

I bought a 2018 Audi a5 sportback from here. Everything went pretty good as far as the sale went. Got papers signed pretty quickly. Then I had to wait for 2 and a half hours while they “detailed” the car. Most dealerships these days are buffing cars with ZERO experience. Below you can see just how untrained these people are. After waiting 2 and a half hours this was how I got my $30k car back. Swirl marks everywhere, scratches everywhere. Just an absolute amateur job. I’m highly disappointed with the service and lack of training. Would have been happier if they never touched it.

They claim to care about customers but that’s not the case we bought a 2016 Escalade and we live out of state and we’re told the vehicle had normal wear and tear but that was not the case. The cruise control does not work the automatic running boards do not work the speaker in the back passenger seat is cracked there are chips missing in the dash and numerous other things that were not disclosed. When my husband called about these things he was told there was nothing they would do. We have to pay taxes to Register this vehicle in our state and can’t fix the issues how terrible of you to claim you care but won’t fix the problem?!?
