East Auto Group

: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I’m single, had never bought a used car before, and was honestly terrified of being “taken.” I visited a few dealerships, but every sales pitch made me uneasy enough to walk away. Fast-forward: I was browsing Marketplace when I found a vehicle I loved and could almost afford. I checked East Auto Group’s reviews and was impressed, so I decided to take a chance and call. I’d left voicemails on other vehicles before and never got a call back, so I told myself if they returned my call, it was meant to be. Within an hour, Charles called me back—and from that moment on, everything about my experience changed. I told him I was interested but couldn’t get there that day. To my surprise, he offered to come pick me up! I was skeptical at first, thinking it was just another sales tactic, but within ten minutes of meeting him, I knew he was genuinely a good person. I felt comfortable and never once felt pressured or misled. When showing me the car, he was upfront about a few minor issues and answered all my questions clearly. I ended up buying the car, and I absolutely love my Nissan Maxima. A couple of days later, I needed help with something (completely my fault), and Charles came out the very next morning to assist me. Since then—no issues at all. I know it’s a used car and won’t be my forever car, but I feel safe driving it, confident in my purchase, and honestly, I think I got more than what I paid for. Thank you, Charles

I had really good experience with this dealership. Thank you so much for Charles. He helped me get a car in excellent condition at a very reasonable price. I’ve already been recommending this place to people around me because the service was genuinely impressive. If you are planning to buy a car, I strongly suggest going to Charles!!

Good experience from start to finish very responsive and helpful. I LOVE my Mercedes and highly recommend purchasing from Charles! Thank you!!!

Charles & Jerry are both great people to work with. After looking at this 2013 GMC Acadia I voiced a couple concerns I had. Without hesitation Charles said he would take care of them. I looked at the car on Monday, Charles took care of my concerns and I drove it home on Friday. Between both Charles and Jerry they were in communication daily to keep me updated. I could not have asked for a better experience. This will definitely be my first stop the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you so much East Auto Group!

I had purchased my first vehicle in the US from East Auto LLC. They sold me a great car, well maintained with an extensive service record. Their process was quick and they were very supportive and informative. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase their next car.
