This is my second time purchasing a car from here , and they were wonderful helping me get into another car! My car is clean and had under 50k miles. The staff was very helpful all across the board from the owner, receptionist , finance manager and the guys !!! Shop with them for your next purchase! If you looking for a first time car for your children, you have found the right place! Pay your car note, respect them like they respect you they will take care of you!

Great customer service and transparent policies! Although I haven’t purchased a car from Autosite Used Car Lot yet, I wanted to share my experience with their team so far. Their customer service has been excellent—very professional, responsive, and respectful. What really stood out to me was their clear and customer-friendly policies. They offer a 2-month window before you have to start making payments on the car taxes, which is incredibly helpful. Monthly payments also come with a 10-day grace period, giving customers some breathing room. They make courtesy calls after the due date, and even before taking any steps like late fees or repossession, they try to communicate with you, which I appreciate. All of this is clearly laid out in the contract, showing how transparent and upfront they are. Prices seem fair, and overall, Autosite seems genuinely focused on helping customers rather than just making a sale. Definitely a place worth checking out if you're in the market for a used car!

I bought a 2017 Acura mdx there and I live it I looked other places they gave me a good deal and treated me good I will buy any car from them

I had a very concerning experience with Auto Site in Ravenna. After purchasing my vehicle, paying $4,000 down and $1,510 in taxes, I returned to obtain my memorandum title so I could get my license plates. Instead of giving me my paperwork, two employees (Dave and Stephanie) held my car keys for about 45 minutes and repeatedly brought up an unrelated situation involving my father’s previous vehicle and repossession. They stated they wanted to “come to a resolution” with my dad while refusing to release my memorandum title. My vehicle purchase and financing are solely in my name and have nothing to do with my father’s past transaction. Because they would not provide my memorandum title, my temporary tag expired on March 3, 2026 and I had to go to the BMV with only my bill of sale to resolve the issue. I believe it is inappropriate for a dealership to withhold a customer’s paperwork while discussing another person’s debt. I hope the dealership reviews its policies so other customers do not experience the same situation. They also placed the cart dad purchased in my file with my new purchased car. All other complaints have been filed with proper departments.

So I bought a car BMW X5 for $22,990 I had the car for 90 days before it caught fire after the fire it was totaled out but this place wants me or expected me to make a payment on the car after the fire after it’s totaled and being handled by the insurance company. Lawsuit is in motion for these people I’ve had enough.
