I brought a great well kept 2013 Buick Regal from here a couple of weeks ago and Mr.Doug was great !!! He was super sweet, upfront, and very down to earth! They will work with you all you have to do is communicate with them !! The process was easy and did not take long at all !
I got my car for a really great deal & traded in my old car for a lot more than I thought I would get out if it! They're all very friendly down to earth people!! I love their waiting room kitties too. They are super affectionate.💕
I Repeat.DO NOT Buy a car from this place . They are trash and the managers are not friendly. I bought a Kia from them Dec 2025 right before Christmas. They knew the car was a lemon but still sold it to me . Not even 30 mins after I drove off the check engine light on . I called they claim they would fix . Had the car for 2 days . Got car back check engine light came back on . Found out it was the converter. Some days car wouldn’t start , They wouldn’t fix , talked down on me , wouldn’t help or refund me , sunroof stop working she said I bought it as is . Talked bout my family . Disrespectful and rude . Please yall take your MONEY SOMEWHERE Else. They deserve to be closed by the law. They thought they did something by taking the car . Got a better deal and car next day . Had it almost a month and it was the best decision I ever made by not dealing the them rude people . Tell a friend to tell a friend . DONT GO TO SAULS MOTOR in Smithfield .
