We broke down on the side of the road and were towed here. The staff let us in ten minutes before opening and immediately prioritized our car since we were driving through. They fully replaced the transmission and battery in less than three hours charged us a reasonable rate. The entire time, they were extremely polite and professional. Much better than I could have ever hoped for. Would recommend.

My tire blew out Wednesday morning at 12:30 AM and my insurance company originally contracted a different company who had Me waiting for over an hour only to cancel.. Then they contracted Richie’s and my driver Lived near Fleming Stadium and arrived in 10 minutes. He waited until my friend got There to give me a ride home. Excellent Service that uses new looking trucks I ended up in Parkers parking lot and am Grateful Richie’s showed quickly because Parkers called the police on me when I Ended up in their huge empty parking Lot. I hand a great experience getting my car inspected at Ritchie’s. The owner, Ms. Shon is very professional and efficient. She is also friendly and kind. She has built this business and runs it exceedingly well. I observed her interactions with technicians and tow truck operators as well as customers and was impressed by her clarity in communication as well as her directness. I will return here. I have dealt with them offsite several times through AAA. They have always been prompt, courteous and helpful.

I recently had an extremely negative and frustrating experience with this repair shop. After being referred here by AAA, I was charged $902 for work that was never performed. When the vehicle was later inspected by another repair shop located about 30 miles down the road — after my car broke down again — they took photos, scanned the vehicle, and confirmed the same diagnostic codes that this shop was originally supposed to address. Their inspection showed clearly that none of the required repairs had been done. The only new part on the vehicle was a single spark plug. In addition to the lack of actual service, the way I was treated made me feel discriminated against — both as a woman and as a white customer. The staff spoke confidently and reassuringly at first, but their actions did not match their promises. Despite their “good talk,” they failed to follow through with any of the work they claimed they would complete. This situation is incredibly disappointing, especially since AAA recommended this business. I expected honesty, professionalism, and fair treatment, and instead received the opposite: incomplete work, misleading explanations, and a $902 bill for services that were never performed. Given the evidence from the second repair shop and the fact that my vehicle failed due to the same unresolved issues, I am requesting a full investigation, a detailed explanation of the charges, and appropriate action to remedy this situation.

I broke down on I-95 and called AAA for a tow. They connected me with this place, who informed me that there was only room for one of us in the tow truck and that the other could get an Uber or Lyft. Excuse me? We're on the freeway. We even checked in the Uber app and could not get a car to pick up on I-95.
