First I would like to especially thank Ben Gonzalez! You are so amazing. My husband and I purchased a car from OKloans 5 years ago and it’s still running strong. I was in the market for purchasing a newer vehicle so I gave Ben a call. Told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen! Not only am I impressed with how everything went so smoothly, I’m also impressed to see how they actually take care of their returning loyal customers! It pays to do business with them! If you are loyal to them they will remain loyal to you!! Trust me, I can’t express my gratitude enough.

I have had a wonderful experience with OK Loans. They have been amazing from the very start. All three gentlemen that I have worked with Mr. Jay, Ben, & Paul are knowledgeable about their vehicles, responsive, and polite. They are the only on the lot financing that I have encountered that has a warranty on their vehicles AND honors the warranty! If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and/or a company that can help you rebuild your credit, this is definitely the place to come!

So very rude, awkward and disrespectful! A detailed review is coming soon. We took our business elsewhere and got a beautiful truck! UPDATE: There was so much that happened during our experience it's too much to write. However, the guy with the bloodshot eyes (I think it's Jay) had a problem that me and my husband were actually MARRIED. Can you believe we actually had to show a marriage certificate?? I'm not going to share too much personal business here. However they told my husband all the vehicles he was interested in were sold. When I called they said they were available. Stacy whom I believe is the owner, made extremely inappropriate AND AGEIST and racist remarks and asked to see the DEED TO MY HOUSE! Besides the extreme rudeness, requesting my deed is illegal. But I called the register of deeds in front of Jay to prove we are not liars. The register of deeds stated my house is paid in full. Stacy said he purposely was trying to piss me off! The treatment we received because of how these jaded males perceived my MARRIAGE is actually discriminatory. I can easily prove that. Our decision to try OK loans was because we are looking at real estate Investments. So it was important to get my husband qualified instead of me. They refused to qualify him because they stated they got a "bad vibe". So we went to MIAMI where we have connections and we were treated like decent human beings. We drove out with a BEAUTIFUL Lonestar Ram truck that my HUSBAND qualified for on his OWN. Imagine, a major city like Miami didn't profile us or think we were scammers. But this lackluster business in a downtrodden location had the nerve to pre-judge us. I'm seriously thinking about suing. God also blessed my HUSBAND with a job at TESLA! He could've paid for the truck in his sleep. But God blessed us with bigger and better. OK loans is far from OK. But God stepped in and life is GREAT.

Promised my mom when she got her car they would take care of everything (for first 30 or 60 days not sure) wouldnt let her put it on a lift to see the rust that its eat up from charged her twice $500+ for tax and tags muffler fell off less than a month after she got it due to rust they suggested a place to go to and told her they would reimburse her for the 100 she spend fixing it which she has yet to see anything terrible business practices and terrible person DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE lying cheapskate
