Dropped my truck off the night before for a 9am appointment. At 10:30am I was called to tell me all the things they recommended for the service. I told them to do it all. At 2:30pm I received a call saying my truck was ready. Get there and pay the $806 dollars only to go out to find the check engine light still on. Went back in and the gentlemen said "well it was on when you brought it in so I thought you already knew about it". Just a couple notes: I don't know why the check engine light comes on since I do not have the tools to check. Many vehicles brought in for service have the check engine light on, I think most people would like to know about it so they can get it fixed. There was ample time to call and ask if I wanted to have the particular filter replaced since that is what the light was on for supposedly. He did offer to keep the truck but unfortunately I have to get to work with the truck. They had it all day!!! Very disappointed in this place. If you go make sure to ask them to fix the problem that lit up the check engine light, it does not seem to be the SOP.

Took my 2019 Ram in for the second time to have my rear view mirror fixed. I was advised that they would have to replace the whole windshield. (After charging me nearly $500 for the first repair that did not work) I was then quoted $1873 to replace the windshield with no credit given for the repair that didn’t work. Plus the tech ripped the rain sensor off my windshield. I had to get rather ugly for them to fix what they damaged. Then went to another shop for a quote on the same windshield replacement. That shop came in at 1/4 the price. As I was leaving the same person from Lee was at that shop with another customers car. This leads me to believe they would have used the same shop for my repair and charged me 4x the price. This my second bad experience here, the first was over a tire, in which I got the run around over for a couple of years before they admitted they just screwed my on it. (Road hazard warranty). Not a good way to treat someone that had been a loyal customer for several years.
