I ve neverfound a better car dealership. Management is great and goes out her way to make buying a car happen. !

Very unprofessional. I get no receipts with any of my payments.. when I ask for proof of how much I've paid on my vehicle,(since I was told I owed way more than I did.) I end up having to come all the way up to the shop and get shown index cards with numbers written. No files no history of payments just good ol fashioned index cards, and a whole lot of attitude. The lady did not keep her end of the bargain to fix the vehicle within the first couple of weeks I had it I was told to hold off until she can find a mechanic. After months pass it finally happens and guess who ends up having to pay for the repairs.(all because the month warranty expired while I was waiting to hear back) I will never recommend to anyone let alone come back myself. This place needs to be shut down

If I could give negative stars I would. Will never do business with Regina ever again. Unprofessional and rude, doesnt have physical receipts and trys to say you owe more than what you do, we had paid off our car and she was saying we still owed 2000 when our bank statements showed and proved we had paid it off already. Shouldn't be able to sell anything let alone cars. When we first got our car she was supposed to get something's fixed but waited till our warranty went out so she didn't have to pay for it. We called and called she said she had to find someone but never did until warranty was out. Don't do business with gns save your money and time. It's not worth the stress all cars are about broke down as well. Ain't no telling how many people she's gotten over on by saying they owed more than what they did.

When in to look at a car and the lady said she didn’t have time to show me. I asked if I could leave my info and she call me when she does have the time, but I never heard anything back.
