After finishing the paperwork at Coastal, I picked up my check and headed back to RDU Auto. When I arrived, my Tesla Model Y was fully charged, spotless, and waiting for me. As a first‑time Tesla owner, I was a little nervous — but Omar took all that away. He spent real time walking me through features, answering every question, and even taking me on a short drive to demonstrate the things I was curious about. His patience and kindness made the whole moment feel special. Meanwhile, Lilly handled the paperwork smoothly and efficiently.
