Monicas Motors

Nice selection of vehicles, and the staff was super pleasant and helpful! Very happy making my purchase here. Ms Dianna is super sweet, it was a pleasure working with these folks to get into a new car!

I have had a car from here for over a year and it has been fantastic. The buying process was simple, Monica was very willing to work with me on payment, and it was a great deal. Car hasn’t had any issues

Monica and her family/staff were very straight forward and extremely helpful getting us what we wanted and the prices are very reasonable. She made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable buying here. We have bought 2 vehicles for from her in past few months, one was van for us the other was my sons first car on his own. Both transactions went very smooth and she makes it as easy as possible. If I need another used car she will be who I go to and who I send people too.

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. They are very dishonest people. I purchased a vehicle from them, and the 3rd time I drove it (only about 150 miles) the transmission completely failed and left me stranded. A major issue like this does not happen overnight, and the vehicle clearly was not properly inspected before being sold. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer service after the sale. Buying a car is a major investment, and customers should be able to trust that the vehicle they’re purchasing is safe and reliable. I feel completely taken advantage of and would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

DO NOT GO HERE Monicas Motors sells lemon cars. Tried to sell me a "good" car without the spare tire, an oil change, clean interior or a VALID STATE INSPECTION! Not even 2 weeks later the engine goes out and Monicas refuses to help cover cost of repair. They'll ghost your calls/ texts and mainly speak Spanish, which was hard to communicate with. I regret buying one of their cars and would advise everyone to stay away.
