Faison Auto Sales, LLC

I've been working with them since 2017, and they have easily become like family. They will make sure they do everything they can and even pull in extra weight in order to make sure you are taken great care of. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs a good car, but to also work with good trustworthy people. I have nothing but love and respect for them, 20/10 recommend!! :)

Been dealing with them for over 12 years and they are phenomenal people!!! Definitely recommend. My 1st car ever bought from them in 2012 still runs til this day!!

So unhappy with the Explorer I bought last year. It's been nothing but issues since 15 mins after leaving the lot (check engine light has been reset and came on right after signing papers and leaving lot) almost every dime I have goes into fixing this vehicle. God forbid I'm late on a payment because the starter has went out for the 4th time.

He doesn’t even deserve one star he is so rude & nasty. He always has an attitude with his customers when we point out that he did something wrong. He charged me three times for getting the air conditioner + the cord fixed and only thing he did was tape it up with black tape and add freon. The only thing holding that company up is the brother of him. Ron was very nice to me. Glad i got blessed with a new car and got out of his hair.

First of all I want to say I myself had not bought a car from this place but a good friend of mine has. My friend called me to check out the car since it was misfiring (which he had only driven to work for almost 2 weeks) I had found awful work done to the car such as the wrong throttle body was installed(With gasket maker) / intake tube was ripped in half and the air filter box has all missing screws. I also found an air tube that suppose to be connected to the throttle body hidden behind it and left out hanging near the engine. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, I just didn't believe what they did and how they sold it to an honest working man. DONT BUY HERE!!
