I flew in from Houston Texas to buy a beautifully maintained 2021 F-150 Powerboost Lariat Hybrid. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE I delt with at Hastings Ford was absolutely AMAZING. Robin was my initial contact that responded to my web inquiry. She could not have been any nicer and thorough. She connected me with Jordan the Sales Manager. Jordan was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. We worked out a great deal for the truck. Jordan then connected me with Kenny the Finance Manager. Kenny was just the nicest and professional guy. Since my truck was a Certified Pre-Owned Kenny worked me a great interest rate through Ford Motor Credit. Last but not least was Chad. Chad picked me and my son up from RDU Airport and drove us to the dealership. Chad was a great conversationalist and he made the hour and 20 minute ride enjoyable. Chad also worked me through setting up the Ford APP on my phone and showed me some key features on my (new to me) truck. Also since returning home I have communicated via email with Michelle, their Office Manager on my Texas Registration which she is handling for me, and yes you guessed it she is also so nice and professional! I can say that in my 40 plus years of buying new and used cars and trucks I have never ever had such a great buying experience.
