Leased a new Gladiator an traded in my Ford Didn’t hear from them for about 3 weeks and my payment was coming up on the trade. The GSM called me and noted there was an error with the new finance company. They stood behind their word and made the payment on my trade while it got sorted out. Being in the business most dealers would make the customer pay the payment on their trade. Not East Carolina CDR. They did the right thing and took care of everything. It’s great to see such an amazing place do right by their customers. They will always be my go to dealer moving forward. I found this 2025 Lincoln Navigator on Auto Trader and reached out to the dealer. Bryant got back to me right away and made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was patient, responsive, and reassuring every step of the way, which meant a lot since I was buying out of state. I drove 4.5 hours to pick it up, and everything was exactly as described — no surprises at all. The car was ready when I arrived, paperwork was prepared, and the whole handover was quick and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or the service I received. My dodge charger was brought here from a dealership I bought the car at. It had some warranty work that needed to be completed. Not only did they not tell me there would be a charge to begin with, they just went ahead and started fixing the car. Claiming it needed a timing cover gasket, now I have an active leak of oil. Not only do I have an active leak, there is oil all over my motor, on top of my motor under my plastic cover. A POOL of oil where the oil filter is on top. Oil is actively leaking from this car in my driveway. I live in Jacksonville nc, this is not professional work whatsoever. When I traveled from Jacksonville nc, the guy pulled the car around at a high rate of speed scraping my front bumped onto the speed bump !! On top of that I was never, NEVER called and told I had to pay anything knowing this vehicle has a warranty

Wish it was a way I could give this company 0 stars. Worst experience I’ve ever had . Dropped my jeep off 2weeks ago to get my sun roof fixed. I was told it was a 6hr job , then later found out I need a part & would take part 5days to come I paid for express shipping .I was told I’ll get a call when part arrived, no call had to take time out of work to go check on my vehicle, was told that the mechanic was working on it but had to leave early but would be done next day. (gave me a loaner that was dented up , paint chipping & dirty inside & smelled like smoke)I didn’t complain because was told my truck would be done the next day) i Came back the next day because once again no call or update about my vehicle to find out the mechanic never started working on my truck. Then found out the part they order arrived broken. So I have to wait another week for an another part. Talk to owner for the place (chip) he promise he would give me a call when part came & would get with the worker that lied to me , once again no call & had to take time off work to go there again for a update, just to find out I have to wait another week for another part. No communication I’ve had to go up there personally 8times to see about my vehicle & now they will have my truck got a totally of 3weeks . Told them I wanted my truck back & will get someone else to fix it , was told I’ll have to pay 1,100 to get my truck back in the same condition I dropped it off in . When I got to the dealership my truck is sitting outside with parts on top & sun exposing the inside (the point of wanting to get sunroof shade fixed so wouldn’t crack the leather inside) multiple employees lied & even the owner . I would not recommend anyone taking the vehicle to Jeep in Greenville NC . Wish I NEVER did. Worst service I’ve ever experienced & will have to pay $1800 for my vehicle to just be sitting at dealership for 3weeks. Yes understand the part situation but owner & employees told me different each time I went up there
