I have purchased several cars from this establishment and had minor issues problems with them. When there was a problem the owner was willing to fix it. My daughter brought her car here too and it was high mileage. The vehicle is still riding.

After hearing so many good things about this place I felt comfortable with putting $2000 down on a used car. This turned out to be the worse mistake of my life, to start with a 2016 Kia Forte that has 136,000 miles on it is being sold for $18,000 is highway robbery. Then to continue on with this establishment, when I first asked to test drive the car the first sign that I should have walked away was the fact he had to jump the battery. He assured that he have not had any problems with the car battery at all. Moving forward the next red flag for me should have been that this establishment doesn't accept electronic payment (no debit or credit card payment option) it's 2023. On the 29th day that I had the car the check engine light came on and the car become unsafe for me to drive. It was on a Saturday and I called and left a voicemail since they aren't open informing that I couldn't drive the car because the car jumping and lights flickering on the car. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK AT ALL! In fact I had to call them multiple times before finally reaching someone. The owner (old heavy set white male) automatically became snobby and rude even with me speaking to him calmly trying to find a solution, he tell me well you purchased the car AS IS! I was still willing to make payments to him in spite of me feeling completely ripped off. The only thing I suggested was if he would be willing to have his staff to check the car out and I would be willing to pay but he wasn't trying to hear none of that. I wouldn't suggest anyone to do any business with this company. I basically paid $2,000 to rent a car for 28 days.

Don’t waste your money here I brought a car 3 months ago and it broke down a month and half later I called told them but the gurl in the office didn’t care at all. They is money hungry. They been watching where my car is through the tracker. So I paid my money on time and everything. They need to be shut down. And they came and snatch it up yall can have the raggedly piece of car. And they knew it was not going to last. That’s why when I told them didn’t nobody want to fix it bc of that he said he know. Please don’t waste ur money.

People please do not waste your hard earned money on this place, I feel like I just handed these people 1500.00 cash and walked away empty handed!! I got a car from these people and in less than 24 hours it broke down on the highway with my children in it, the next day I called them and the owner had it towed to there place and called me back in four hours to pick the car up he stated that the started was bad and even showed me this paper that said not to jump other cars with my car. In less than two days the car broke down again, but I was in VA with my children the owner said it was nothing he could do because of the location and that I needed to get it back to NC or have it fixed and that we will would it out my repayment within my car payment. The car stayed in VA for three months and finally I could get it repaired and as soon as it touched NC soil the owner had the car stolen from me and refused to work anything out with me and he took my lemon car and my money.
