Brown & Wood Buick GMC

I did my research and wanted a baby duramax sierra, white, self driving, massage seats. There are none matching locally (Moyock nc) Brown and wood had the truck. 100+ miles away. A few hours of calls and emails worked out the deal and they brought me my new truck, Jolene. Picked up my trade and that was that. Best easiest transaction ever. Love the truck. Love love love the truck. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Thanks for the fast easy process. Thanks for the great price. Thanks for everything.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by John Kelly who helped me carry my sons car seat base since I had my hands full and I was dropping my car off and needed to get it to my other ride. He was so nice and very helpful addressed my concerns about my ac in the back and told me he would get right on it! I was waiting for my ride outside looking at the cars when I was greeted by a gentleman named Collin who let me see the new version of my GMC Acadia and told me he would try to get me a new car for the same payment and no money down, I laughed him off because I knew it wasn’t possible, well did he come through or what! I left with a brand new GMC Acadia for no money down and basically the same payment it’s only more because of some add ons I wanted for warranty and gap insurance! I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received from both men! 10 out of 10 for these men!

Bought a used 25 VB WRX From here and their customer service was just amazing they were extremely responsive with my questions and extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process definitely recommended and will be purchasing from them for my next vehicle P.S: they didn’t hit me with all the extra salesman crap and got me where I wanted

Hands down the easiest and most professional car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you to Brett and Jacob for being so prepared and responsive to all of my questions. I was able to work the entire deal prior to entering the dealership and it was honored when I went in to purchase. I was in and out in just an hour! I absolutely recommend Brown & Wood to anyone looking to purchase in NC.

Incredible Buying Experience!I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my 2025 Chevrolet Silverado at Brown and Wood! From the moment I walked onto the lot, the team was welcoming, professional, and completely transparent. A huge thank you to Micha Spaulding for going above and beyond. He was incredibly patient, never pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions so I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. He was amazing! He figured out a way for us to finance the vehicle with nothing down and it was so appreciated. He even offered to drive our old car home so we wouldnt have to drive back!! He was amazing we highly recommend his services. Jacob in the finance department also made the paperwork process smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. I highly recommend Brown and Wood to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!
