Got my new car here!!! They worked with me, and I got my dream car!! Also got to meet the coolest cat. The service guy is also very friendly and can fix whatever is wrong with your car in a fast pace.

Ayman and his team helped me GREATLY with my new purchase from them. Had a bad catalytic converter and they replaced it for me and got it right. Also helped install mufflers for me as well. They went above and beyond to get it right and it was much appreciated!

Every issue I brought to them was addressed and fixed, with no charge to me, even after I had already signed the paperwork and bought the car as is. That says a lot. Ayman stood on his word and made sure everything was taken care of. In today’s world, that kind of honesty and follow-through is not something you see every day. Avoid UniWorld Auto Shop if you expect accountability after the sale. My Chevrolet Camaro (V8) suffered a complete engine failure (engine locked/seized) within the 45-day post-sale period. Instead of standing behind the vehicle or offering any real assistance, I was told that everything was my responsibility — including paying out-of-pocket to tow the car over an hour back to their location and then paying again for diagnostics and repairs. Despite the engine failure occurring within the 45-day window, there was no urgency, no ownership, and no meaningful support. Vague statements about “helping” amounted to nothing. No clear explanation, no options, no willingness to work with me just a blunt message that I was on my own financially. An engine locking up is not a minor issue it’s a catastrophic failure. How a shop responds to something this serious says everything about their integrity. In this case, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me stranded and financially stressed. If you’re considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, understand this clearly: once there’s a problem — even within their stated time window — you should not expect them to stand behind it. Proceed with extreme caution.
