We stumbled upon Eagle Auto sales while on our way to another dealer. At first I was skeptical because of the location (not gonna lie) But let me tell you, don't judge a book by its cover. They where straight up to the point, didn't bs me, negotiated a fair price and literally within the hour we where on our way home with the car. Couldn't be happier. NC Eagle Auto Sales is by far the best used car lot i have ever been to hands down! I was looking for a very specific spec Audi for the past year and i came arose it at their car lot and it was in near perfect condition! Andre, was extremely professional and very personable, i never once felt pressured to buy anything from them. I wish i could give them a higher rating because they deserve it. A month ago buy this car from this dealer, the owner in front of my face pass Nc inspection after I tel de issue , car wasn’t a safe to drive , we go to his Mecanic , show him suspension problems , he charge me $600 dollars to fixed cash , this owner say that he take care customers, is not , his a complete layer , at first blame my son , and we demonstrate , that he sale faulty equipment, till today the problem exists. I do this to warning any body how’s like to purchase a car , from this men , posted pictures, was his cosmetic work was, before and afther , be careful !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner, Andre, was very smug and condescending from the very first question I asked about the vehicle. He made it clear several times that he’s “not a car salesman” and from his dry personality and lack of empathy for the frustrations he caused in the car buying process. Communication between the finance company and owner is very inconsistent. Finance company says one thing and he says another. He was not very helpful at all and seemed surprised and annoyed when I got my approval which made the process even more complicated moving forward. If you don’t like making informed purchase decisions, want to throw your money at a car salesman who’s “not a car salesmen” and don’t have a single question then this may be the perfect lot for you to purchase your next vehicle. Also BE AWARE that you have to submit an application and let them run your credit for approval before you can even decide if you want the car. Owner will not acknowledge any issues with the car or address if they’re handled by dealership until AFTER you’ve already submitted an application and taken the hit for a hard inquiry on your credit. In fact, I don’t think he even bothered to inquire about the quality of the test drive before he began hounding me for additional documentation to secure the check. Stay away and give your business to someone that is more deserving and appreciative.
