After reading all these bad reviews, now I know why they won't let you see the car test drive the car before you buy. You have to pay them first before you even get a hard estimate of a monthly payment, So many bad reviews about rust damage, damages that will never report it, zero fluids in the car, hard to get in contact with people. Hard to return the car. Cars got put into shops and bc they was unfit and couldn't get them to release. Jesus Christ, I deleted my app and decided to go with someone else.

Makes car buying so much easier! I’ve had a couple cars with minor issues as well and they covered repairs like stated. So far I purchased over 4 cars from them and sold. Fair deals!

This is long but strap in and read completely if you’re thinking of buying anything from Carvana! I purchased from Carvana for the first time in 2018. Everything was amazing. In 2023 I made my second purchase from Carvana and things weren’t as great. Check engine light came on soon after the 7 days switch out timeframe, the cause was determined to be an EVAP leak. How? Did they not inspect the vehicle? In 3 years and Repair after repair I almost chalked it up to it being a Jeep, bc, iykyk until this happened to someone I referred. My sister, 14 days ago today, purchased a vehicle from Carvana and is having the worst experience. Check engine light came on very next day after purchase. Carvana convinced her to take it in for diagnostics and it was quickly repaired and she was assured that this simple fix would allow the car to run beautifully for “a long time.” Well, fast forward one week, must be the long time they spoke of🙄, the car is running hot and now we’re outside the 7 days to return the vehicle and also a Friday. Carvana explains that standard warranty will end on Sunday so she needs to get it in immediately for repair or she will be 100% responsible for costs. Luckily she found someone on Saturday morning who determined the head gasket was blown and also there was a crack in the radiator! How does this happen? Are the inspections non-existent? I’m not sure what’s going on with this company but they have lost my trust as a reputable car dealer and I will never buy another vehicle from them and I’ll tell anyone the same thing! Beware! Take your hard earned money somewhere else because they are not selling reliable vehicles and will send you to a repair shop who works for them who don’t have your best interest in mind and they will screw you over in the end with no sense of accountability! We bought a car from carvana 3 years ago and had a great experience. This time, the process was disorganized, documents were 'expiring' after we submitted them, our trade of offer expired because of it and the service team could do nothing to reinstate our initial offer. A check was already cut from our bank and I had to spend additional hours of my work time dealing with what should have been a simple process caused by Carvana's poorly designed system. This company process is not what it used to be and the customer service is atrocious.

If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t so…just remember you were warned here in this post not to purchase a single thing from Carvana. They claimed to have done a 150 point inspection on the vehicles I purchased. Not so. And they sold me a totally rusted vehicle. I could accept a little rust but this one is rusted all under the hood and under the frame below. They only give you a very limited timeframe to utilize the warranty knowing that it takes forever for dealerships and body shops to do any work these days. Not only that, it’s hard to find someone to do both body and mechanic work simultaneously. I will say their customer service personnel have been very pleasant. Otherwise even the staff, when you pick up your vehicle, especially the short haired lady at the Myrtle Beach site, was horrible and rude. That said, do not buy a car from Carvana unless you want headaches and constant drama. Go to Carmax or buy someone’s car from them directly because what I’m dealing with is horrible!!!! Again, go somewhere else!
