Their team of associates are great! They bend over backwards to get you taken care of. They have a great selection of vehicles. Ms Leah took care of us from beginning to end. They made our car buying experience so easy. We can't Thank you enough All American Auto!

My experience with them was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, constitutes a "yo-yo" financing scam. On September 12 2025, I purchased a Truck from this dealership. They allowed me to take possession of the vehicle and drive it home, assuring me the financing was approved. However, the financing was never actually finalized. My lawyer confirmed that the contract I signed did not contain any clause stating the sale was conditional upon financing approval, which is required by law if a sale isn't final. When we contacted the dealership to address this, the manager became hostile, threatened to call the police to repossess the truck, and then attempted to send a new, invalid arbitration agreement via text message. These actions felt like deliberate intimidation tactics. To avoid further harassment and potential unwarranted adverse action, and acting on legal advice, we returned the vehicle under protest, explicitly reserving all our rights and potential legal claims. This dealership engaged in deceptive trade practices by allowing me to leave with a vehicle under false pretenses regarding financing. I urge other consumers to be extremely cautious and verify all financing details before leaving the lot with a vehicle from this dealership. I have reported them to everything including but not limited to the License And Theft Bureau, BBB, and several other agencies.

I know someone who is purchasing a vehicle from this establishment right now. He's had this vehicle in his possession.For over a month, he has not been able to drive it over three days in a row without something happening to it. Now the transmission is gone. They are refusing to fix it, with him choose another vehicle, or just canceled the purchase altogether. With everything that I have observed during this process for him, i would rather ride a bicycle to work than, purchase a vehicle from these people. I would just hate to see someone else.Go through this as it has really made it tough for him to be able to get back and forth to work. This kind of treatment is uncalled for. I gave it one star, because I had to choose something to be able to post this.
