Test drove a 2008 Grand Cherokee a few weeks back and told Aric about the rear end complaining. He promised that they would look into it. They ended up replacing the rear axle at their cost and Don communicated with me all along the way. Once properly repaired, they delivered the car to me. Kudos for the great honest service and I wont hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

I decided it was time to start looking for a used truck, so my buddy and I went out for the day. After many hours of finding JUNK in the price range I had chosen, we stumbled across Ontario Auto. To my surprise they had a beautiful truck with VERY low miles and no rust. I did not hesitate and called them the next day, seeing it was after hours. Within 3 days I now owned a truck. Ontario Auto is top notch in my book, the next time I am in need of a used vehicle I will be sure to go there. Quality vehicles at an affordable price.

Bought a decent shape 2019 silverado back in July 2023. Dealer tried to tell me it had a clean title. It didn’t. He gave me the keys to a different truck that wouldn’t even start. However the one I wanted did and didn’t seem to have any major problems. The day after I drove it an hour home my sister noticed a crack in the passenger side of the windshield that was so small only someone as short as her would’ve noticed. Tried to tell the dealership but they insisted that whoever inspected it didn’t see any cracks so therefore they weren’t gonna pay for it. Took that with a grain of salt as I should’ve noticed it was there before driving off and but also maybe it happened in the way home. Fast forward 6 months, finally cracked all the way across so it was time to get it replaced and the safelite technician told me himself I got scammed by them cause he took my wiper blade off and dropped it perfectly to where the crack started. No one has touched my wipers since I bought it so how ironic. Now I’m pissed cause that was an extra $500 outta pocket. Lesson learned - don’t trust a dealership that clearly just wants your money, and pay for glass insurance
