Found them to be very rude & not willing to negotiate on prices. I was greeted by a "you need help?" I asked what the price of a vehicle would be if I paid cash, he replied with the price listed. (listed on their online/ website posts as "retail" price). I said um, ok what would it be if I financed? He pointed to the car & said "that" (same price). I said ok, thank you & left. I would have purchased the car that day with cash had they negotiated the price, but instead I left with no intentions of ever returning. I have been to multiple dealerships, looked at several cars & have never had any of them not willing to negotiate listed price, unless it clearly stated so in their listing.

The guy helping me was nice and seemed to he pretty chill. However when looking at his white 2010 silverado extended cab, i discovered they tried to hide the rust on the bed sides with black wheel well covers/fender flares. When i saw it i asked if they would fix it and of course the answer was no but i was willing to still buy it since it happens frequently with these trucks, they just dont stand to NY salt and snow. The truck ran pretty good and drove alright after taking care of a shake in the front end and taking care of the engine light that popped on during the drive. However the 4 wheel drive system has some form of flaw. He claims it was low on fluid and so he added fluid to either the transfer case or front differential but it did not fix the issue. When confronted about the issue he says its ok, its an old truck and they just do that. The truck had a really bad vibration and a howling only occuring when in 4 wheel drive. Im sorry sir, but they dont just do that, however he essentially passed it off as not a problem and lied saying the car was sold and somebody put a deposit on it the day before, mind you I've been in communication with him the entire week and we already had an agreement. Its now been probably 4 days and the truck is still sitting in front row where it has for months because people wont buy it. Im sure he has some decent cars however he's trying to pass off a problem that can cost some unknowing working man or woman over $1,000 to repair on top of the $9,000 he's charging for a truck thats worth maybe $4,000 in its condition. When i first shower up the rear tires were bald and he said he would put some used tires on the rear only since they were the only ones below the wear bar, which is also not good on the 4 wheel drive. Also he claimed the truck was under coated but it was in fact not, he lightly painted the parts of the frame that were visible to somebody looking at the truck while standing, but crawl under it and you will see its not undercoated at all. His calm and respectful demeanor is only a front to sell cars. If you buy a car from here please bring a trusted mechanic, scan tool, and be very cautious of all sounds and feeling when looking around and driving his vehicles. I for one don't recommend this place.
