Great people, great customer service. Not to mention the dealership is very clean, lol down to the bathrooms. This is a great place,they also work with you so you can get what you want. They won’t let you finance or buy a car without you purchasing a cars extended warranty they offer in which the warranty is all BS because it only covers powertrain & only lasts 20k miles or 2 years then also adds $3000 to your car note !!!!!! I was basically forced to finance my 2020 dodge charger when I had the money to buy it off this dealership but the higher up manager kept on with that useless cars extended warranty and wouldn’t let me buy out the car, he kept adding the warranty in which I didn’t have enough for.. I only had enough to purchase the car…& he told me that warranty is mandatory to drive off the Lott which I was told by a friend after is illegal to force a warranty on a car like that. I have never in my life experienced such greed in my life… then the owner wants to reply to say he wants to make things right while the damage is already done..
