The experience was a little out of normal. I ordered one truck, after filling out and filing all paperwork, on day of delivery I get a call that they cant find keys.. now I was without a vehicle because of no insurance. CARVANA reps really didnt seem to care, it was like an oh well sorry scenario. However I kept looking and found another truck. That delivery was good, the driver was good the transfer was great. I drove vehicle and received a driver aid was not working.. I had to take to Nissan dealership and they told carvana had put the plate in front of sensor. Smh.. I have 2 plate holes in bumper now that dont belong there now. I had to buy a plate holder that sit under. It was all minor stuff but it can be a little frustrating. I gave a 4 star because of the pricing, and im a half full kind of person. All in all , if you dont have your heart set on a certain car, trust the process.
