While financing was easy for vehicle. The "techs" they have there are terrible. Did first oil change and not only was it underfilled, it was not inspected thoroughly. Engine after a few month of ownership had a block failure and that was a known issue and should have been addressed before sale. Will never buy from them again.
I highly suggest you do not buy vehicles from here. I have purchased two vehicles from here. This first one has transmission problems, smells like cigarettes. Both vehicles were delivered filthy. The second vehicle was a plug in hybrid. Windshield has a crack in it, wrench symbol on dash board is illuminated, sometimes the key fob won’t let you turn the vehicle on. Both vehicles are Carvana certified. The 150 point inspection they do is a joke. This place is one big scam. Very misleading company. Currently seeking legal remedy.

I had obtained a loan from my bank and added the car to my insurance and Carvana still canceled my order with no notice to sell it to someone else who would pay a higher interest rate for a higher profit.
