Southwest Auto

I was on the hunt for a car for a while and everywhere I went I was denied. My credit isn’t the best. I made some mistakes when I was younger and I paid for it now that I really needed a car. Penny called me this morning and assured me that they could help me, but I had heard that for the last few days and when I would show up, I would be denied. Not here penny and John gave me a chance when nobody else would and I am so appreciative of them. I love my car is a car that I wanted since I was young and I finally have it thanks to them. They were so helpful and did everything they could to put their numbers in the computer so I walked away with the car I wanted. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a car to come here. Don’t forget to mention that I sent you.

Originally came here for a smaller vehicle because we couldn’t afford a bigger down payment but upon arrival I noticed this amazing truck. John and Pennie were extremely kinda and willing to work with what we had. This vehicle is honestly everything I could’ve wanted and these guys made it all possible regardless of our credit situation! Will definitely be returning whenever we need another vehicle!

I've got my first car from here and really appreciate how they care about their customers. They do incredible service with the vehicle when needed without hesitation. Truly reliable and supportive. Thanks again 😊

What a wonderful buying experience. Southwest Auto on Alameda. Pennie and John thank you so much for helping me get into my GMC Acadia. You both made it a great day for me.

Bought a jeep rubicon drink this car lot in December. There windshield washer motor quit working in the first couple off weeks. They replaced it. 2 months later it quit again. The manager started they won't fix it. Looks like they put an old motor in it and more won't stand behind their product. I even asked him why and he said they fixed it once and now won't. Don't buy a car from these thieves unless you're ready to haver to fix it out of pocket.
