Prime Link Auto

Lio helped my family friend get his Audi I had recently gotten into an accident and needed a reliable vehicle but couldn’t find the right one for me . My uncle knew I would like lio and the benz😂 let’s just say I would buy from him over and over . He’s helpful and his wife is sweet . Even told me if I ever needed anything for the car to let him know and he’ll help me out to get a better price on what I need. He even invited me to his church and I checked it out last week with my family was a great time.

Eustolio “Lio”, and Yolonda at Prime Link Auto were absolutely amazing. Bar-none the best car buying experience i’ve ever had. Their customer and grace are the main reasons i’m getting to drive this beautiful Audi A3 home today. Eustolio answered all was pressure free and very empathetic. Yolonda made the buying process so easy and just a jow to work with. Thanks Lio and Yolly! Love the car.

Saw a truck on market place. When I showed up Leo was professional and super nice. Showed me the truck and I went for a test drive. I fell in love with it. We talked about other options and he was very honest and open with all my questions. Some i asked just to see what he would say “casue we all know the rep car deals have” he told me the same things my car friends told me. 😀 Worked with me on the price and was very fair. There was a warranty and 2 days after I got it the check engine light came on. He was quick to apologize and gave me his mechanics number. I made an apt and they took care of everything and all my concerns. I got it back 2 days later, running great and Leo took care of items that were not under the warranty. It is great to do business with a man who stands by his product and is a man of his word. I will refer all my friends and family to him. I also got a new mechanic out of the deal. Both were professional, helpful, honest and great people. I highly recommend working with both.

I recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Lio at PrimeLink Auto in Albuquerque and it was a fantastic experience. Lio is the kind of guy who goes above and beyond for you. He made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free, and his kindness and responsiveness were next level. He knows his stuff when it comes to cars and he made me feel completely at ease and confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares and wants you to drive away happy, go see Lio. You’ll get a great deal and a great car from someone you can trust.

Leo and Yolanda were quick to find us the perfect car for a great price! They went above and beyond to help us to get in to a car quickly(since our car died and we needed it quickly) and worked with our credit situation. I highly recommend this dealership. They are ethical and not just trying to sell you a car but to help you find the right car for you! We will definitely go back next time we need a car! !
