I was on my way to another dealership when I was passing by, I saw a Lexus and a few others reasonably priced, so I decided to stop. David immediately met me with his kick back down to earth approach, he didn’t have the pushy sales person techniques. We were taking a car for a drive and I was explaining that it was for my daughter and her first car and he pointed out a car that was parked on the side that had come in a day or two before. It was a 2017 with 48,000 miles. Perfect for what we were looking for. David was kind enough to meet us after hours to show us the car again, which meant a lot. He gave financing recommendations that were wonderful and ultimately ended as a closed deal. We are very happy and please with the comfortable environment and process, and the service that we recieved.

I had such a positive experience working with Shea at Happy Days! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The hospitality was truly A1!! He made both my son and I feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. Shea was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. Roman, its been over 60 days since I purchased my Cadillac and still no plates. 3rd car payment coming up. Also, the 2018 Caddy did not start when we got in it to drive home. Left VM no one responded. The gentleman who processed our loan documents was awesome on a Saturday morning. Still waiting...

I never give reviews, but my experience at this dealership was so horrible I'm literally sick from what they have done. When a person has health issues, as I do. You want that niceness,comfort and trust. Especially when you are putting a large down payment down. "Shea was very helpful, until I bought the car and got home, where my contract had an added balance of $2800, for a bogus warranty to my financing contract. And hidden damage to the vinyl on the dashboard. Completely shredded vinyl ripped apart with Velcro to hold it down under a dash mat. Once I began to reach out to ask what this was damage from and why was it hidden,along with wanting warranty canceled, there was no help or answer to any of my emails, calls, texts. Until over a month later and I was charged a cancellation fee, because nobody cared to reach out and explain what this charge was. The damage to dashboard is worse. It's a 2017 cadillac xt5 that has severe damage around air bag and the whole dashboard vinyl. This car looks like a Salvaged vehicle. It's embarrassing. I also have a cracked rim and it leaks out all the air every night. Having cancer I don't need this. I needed a reliable vehicle and a good dealership. I didn't even talk price down of full amount and I put $7000 of my hard saved money. Shea, Roman, and Basil I reached out to all of you. And between all 3, not one has done anything for me and my car. Embarrassing that I got treated so horrible regarding this issue. I guess my car ripped up the whole dashboard and then put Velcro and a dash mat on itself. My dash is going to cost over $3000. And depreciated the value of the car. Don't be naive to these guys. They will screw u over.
