I guess the great service is only for the Hispanic customers. I recently went to this location in search of a car. I made an appointment to check out a car. I took of work and paid for a baby sitter just to give my information for no reason. I never even seen a car from this location. No one has reached out to me. I called to get an update I was told someone will contact me. It's been day's and still no contact from this place. I'll definitely be contacting the BBB about this place. I went to broad Street Auto which is right across the street from this location and received a lot more help and it didn't take days.
