Jordan was our salesman and he is incredible, very kind, and professional. Our purchase of the car was quick and smooth and not tiring like the big dealerships. I would definitely recommend buying used cars here, they are all in great condition and they have a fairly large range of cars for all tastes.

this is the only review you need to read. The experience I had with this dealership, was the best experience I ever had. I’m surprised at how this place isn’t viral on tiktok or talked about enough. You know how when you go to a dealership, esp like Honda or Toyota, they add on these hidden fees and then make you put a crazy down payment and then struggle to buy food later? this dealership won’t do that. The most considerate, attentive, resourceful, and honest team of people I have ever met in the car business. I promise you I’m not gassing this dealership. This place needs to be the only place you get your cars from. The condition of the car they sold to me plus the price, bro.. you can’t make this up. BEST DEALERSHIP. don’t go to no Honda, no Toyota, no bmw dealership. Drive straight to eastern auto, there might be tolls you have to pay if you’re driving from Passaic or Bergen County but it’s like $12.80 to go and come back. It’s worth it tho. Seriously guys, you need to check Eastern Auto Exchange. Jordan was super awesome and this was the smoothest car buying experience I ever had, with a great price to match and the car I bought was in great shape and very clean. Very professional team, no pushy and most importantly, very courteous and transparent. No extra ghost fees whatsoever, you pay what's advertised, and they work around your budget and your credit rating. I don't understand why some people are saying negative things about this dealer because they're very nice, upfront and no bs, just great service. I had a great experience with Eastern auto Exchange. I stopped by on Wednesday to look at a vehicle. Max was great, let me look at the car , and answered my questions. I planned on returning on Friday to take a second look with my mechanic, which he encouraged. The car had a number of people interested in it. I called Friday morning and spoke to Jordan to let him know I was stopping by @ 5 to look at it again. Received a friendly greeting, by Max and Jordan, and was given the key to test drive. I had a number of questions my mechanic wanted me to ask. Each one was taken seriously, and answered respectfully. The finance part was a breeze as well. Never did i feel pressured in any way. I would definitely buy from Eastern Auto Exchange again, and would recommend them to family and friends. (Loving my 2016 Subaru Impreza hatchback)
